Their fully remote team works hard, but fully embrace the advantages of this new paradigm. Along with a former Microsoft CTO, they have designed the new strategy for their project and team that is revolutionizing the engineering work and the product itself.
Today they are looking to add a Software Engineer who will be working on the technical design and architecture of complex features. You will be part of a paradigm shift the company is going towards with a new engineering vision.
They are oriented to a profile that has experience working with languages such as c# / Python / Java / Golang or whatever language you have worked with among your career.
*SQL experience and familiarity as you will be designing databases schemas for large features and build store procedures to make the database accessible at any point (This is a huge part of their strategy where they seek the efficiency of computing power taking it to the maximum)
*Experience building and maintaining software and data infra at a large scale
*Familiarity with Azure or AWS
*Intermediate level of english (B2/B1)

What you will be working on:
- Technical designing and architecting of complex features despite ever-evolving product requirements.
- Write readable and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to keep documentation updated.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Experience with technical leadership of engineering teams including mentorship and coaching.
